Eligible Returns

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup with proof of purchase and prior approval.

Final Sale Items

Herbal teas, opened or used skincare products, and personalized Oil Bar blends are final sale. This does not affect assistance for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the item and packaging, so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item is defective or we made an error. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
